退款政策
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or refunded only if the package has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the returned items are received and inspected. To start a return, email us at info@smellslikesugar.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return approval before sending your package back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. All eligible products can be returned within the 90-day window.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@smellslikesugar.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue. Once we review your case, we’ll offer one of the following: a replacement of the same item (if available), store credit for a future purchase, or a refund to your original payment method.
We can’t process damage claims submitted after the 7-day window.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local USPS office. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
International Returns
For international orders (outside of the United States of America), shipping times, tracking updates, and return processing may vary depending on location. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import taxes. We do not cover any duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by your country. Lost or damaged international packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
